Aging Services

Home & Community Services offers a variety of services to adults over the age of 60. Our qualified and caring staff work with each individual to advance his or her independence.

Area Agency on Aging (AAA) Programs 

The services provided by the AAA Program include personal assistant/attendant care services to persons age 60 and above. These services are available in Washington, Greene, and Fayette Counties.

Pennsylvania Department of Aging (PDA) Waiver 

The PDA Waiver Program offers in-home services that are an alternative to nursing facility care for persons 60 years of age and older. Services provided by the agency under this program are personal care, attendant care, respite, companion services, and adult day care. These services are provided in Washington, Greene, and Fayette Counties.
